Don’t let Assembly Bill 2305 hurt your business. Take action now.

Dear friend,

California is considering legislation (Assembly Bill 2305) that would force businesses to adhere to excessive and unnecessary red tape regulations. These new regulations would do nothing more than make businesses vulnerable to frivolous and costly lawsuits benefitting trial lawyers at the cost of California jobs.

This bill would affect every aspect of our business. It would put decisions like when and where new locations may open in the hands of bureaucrats and trial lawyers and even put consumers in danger by allowing franchises with health and safety problems to remain open.

Save Franchise Jobs, Stop Lawsuits is a coalition of concerned Californians who oppose AB 2305, and they need your help. A committee hearing on AB 2305 is scheduled for Tuesday, April 24. Please visit SaveJobsStopLawsuits.com and send a message to committee members.

Let California’s elected officials know that AB 2305 is bad for California businesses.

Sincerely,

Save Franchise Jobs, Stop Lawsuits
