A Few More Firsts

On top of the many firsts in the 2008 presidential election, we have:

• the first radical ever to be elected president of the United States, dedicated as he is to "remaking" this country "block by block, brick by brick, callused hand by callused hand.";
• the first avowed Marxist to be elected president of the United States, dedicated as he is to "spreading the wealth";
• the first man elected president of the United States who claimed as his "moral compass" his pastor and for twenty years sat in his pews as he would rant things like: "Not God bless America, God damn America!";
• the first man to be elected president of the United States of America who could not pass the White House security clearance.
