GOP Senate lawyer intends to sue over Roach reinstatement

A Senate Republican senior attorney has filed a claim against the state seeking $1.75 million, following what he says is Sen. Pam Roach's return to the Republican Caucus. Roach was banned in 2010 after an investigation found she mistreated staff.
