Life more abundantly    Dear  Mike       Good News Digest   Prophetic Insights to Daily Living Edition #115 - July 3, 2013  The Light of the Body         When I was kid on the farm we did not have electricity so we used kerosene lamps that had a wick which reached down into a decorative glass bowl that held the kerosene. When you lit the wick it would create a nice light after you put on the glass globe. Later we bought an improved lamp called "Aladdin's lamp" that used "white" gasoline and had a delicate mantle that would create a really bright light after you put on the globe.   Even though my friends who lived in town enjoyed electric lights I could see quite well by these lamps and I didn't think we were deprived at all. Although there are a variety of great lamps that provide light to read after dark there is a unique lamp mentioned in the Bible that provides a different light.
